Our Service

We operate a totally transparent fee structure with an initial administration fee of £299 and a completion fee of 25% + VAT only payable upon a successful conclusion to any complaint.

Initial Flat Fee

An initial flat fee of £299 is required for the undertaking of the management of the complaint procedure from inception to conclusion. This fee covers client consultation and appraisal, case preparation, the obtaining of all required documents in order to help facilitate any claim including all necessary contact, collection, audit and interpretation of all key documentation. If after reviewing your case it appears after due and careful consideration unlikely that you have a claim then we will refund the initial flat fee of £299, less an administration charge as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

Standard Fees

Our standard fees are 25% + VAT of any sums we recover for you.

Appeals - no additional charge

In the event that the case we submit on your behalf is rejected by the Bank - and we believe that you have strong grounds for an appeal to the Financial Ombudsman Service - we will discuss the merits of proceeding with you. There are no additional fees for this specialised service.

Policies sold by Independent Financial Advisers

It is not our company policy to undertake claims in respect of policies sold by Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), However, we can discuss undertaking such work on an agreed fee basis.
